Rippling River Resort
If I ever book myself a stay-cation, this is the spot. Located just inches from bike and hike trails, the Ski Hill, and the Carp River, it really is the ultimate relaxation station. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve enjoyed a sip of cider in an Adirondack chair with my toes in the river after a big adventure.

The Landmark
The Landmark, properly named. No matter where I am in town I can spot the top of this historic hotel. I’ve enjoyed a wide variety of experiences here, from Christmas music in the hall, to elegant dinners and post-bike ride burritos when there was nothing else open. My favorite par though has to be the Frank Sinatra you can occasionally hear tinkling out of the hotel as you pass by.

The Watermarq
Welcome to the Watermarq. This place is a historic building brought back to life in 2007. Amazing views of the Lower Harbor, within walking distance of just about everything, and large enough to accommodate up to 8 people. This would be a great option for larger groups looking for the life of luxury as they explore!
